Reservation Form for Siblings of Current Students
Deadline – Friday, February 5, 2010
This reservation form offered to parents of students currently attending St. Mark Catholic School. We want to reserve space on the class roster for those of you who will have additional children attend the 2010-2011 school year.
This form is a reservation and not an actual registration. You still need to complete registration February 22 - March 5, 2010. The actual registration form will be sent home with your older child's re-registration packet.
Students entering must meet the following age requirements:
PK3 – Child must be 3 by September 1st
PK4 – Child must be 4 by September 1st
Kindergarten – Child must be 5 by September 1st
1st Grade – Child must be 6 by September 1st
The following preschool classes will be offered for the 2010-2011 school year, Actual class selection wil be done on the registration form.
